Responsibilities
Lead deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, assortment, pricing, promotions, and operations to drive growth and profitability
Act as a strategic analytics partner to executives and senior leaders across the business, translating complex data into actionable insights
Develop and maintain advanced BI reporting, dashboards, and analytical frameworks to support decision-making at scale
Apply expertise in SQL and data modeling to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from Snowflake and other data sources
Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and Data Platform teams to ensure data availability, reliability, and scalability for strategic use cases
Mentor analysts and stakeholders in data best practices, elevating the overall analytical maturity of the organization
Communicate findings clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related quantitative field
7+ years of professional experience in strategy, business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields
Expert in SQL with proven ability to build and analyze complex datasets
Hands-on experience with modern BI and visualization tools
Proficiency in at least one programming language for analytics
Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience influencing strategy and driving measurable outcomes
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present to executives
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of tackling ambiguous problems and delivering results
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
Retail/e-commerce experience
Snowflake & dbt experience
Looker, Tableau, Power BI experience
Python or R experience
