Responsibilities
Design and book tailored travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities
Serve as a dedicated point of contact for clients before, during, and after their travels
Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and travel goals
Assist with modifications, special requests, and problem resolution
Stay informed about industry trends, promotions, and travel regulations
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
Preferred
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or concierge services is an advantage (not required)
