Senior Finance Manager (Order-to-Cash)
MOGEL is a fast-growing EdTech company seeking a Senior Finance Manager – Order-to-Cash to lead and optimize the end-to-end order processing and accounts receivable functions. This leadership role is essential for ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and effective collaboration across departments to enhance financial accuracy and business performance.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage teams responsible for order management and accounts receivable operations
Develop and enforce processes that strengthen internal controls and reduce operational risk
Recruit, onboard, and train team members to ensure operational excellence
Monitor and improve collection activities to ensure timely receipt of customer payments
Partner closely with sales and other internal teams to align on order accuracy and customer account resolution
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all transactional activities within the department
Provide coaching and mentorship to support team growth and professional development
Contribute to ongoing process improvements and support broader finance initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
8+ years of progressive experience in order-to-cash processes, including at least 5 years in a management role
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Flexibility to adapt work hours to meet business needs when necessary
Preferred
Experience with ERP and CRM systems; familiarity with platforms such as NetSuite and Salesforce is preferred
