HR Policy Advisor

Responsibilities
Draft, review, and update HR policy documents to ensure compliance with federal regulations and organizational goals
Certify that HR policy and program issuances are fully integrated with staff actions and support mission priorities
Advise senior leadership on HR policy issues impacting the workforce
Provide strategic recommendations that anticipate trends and guide workforce planning
Collaborate with HR, legal, and operational teams to harmonize policies with organizational initiatives
Monitor federal HR legislation and policy changes, delivering timely updates and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field
0–15+ years of experience in HR policy, workforce compliance, or advisory roles (multi-discipline levels available)
Strong knowledge of federal HR regulations, policies, and workforce planning principles
Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience supporting ODNI, IC, or DoD HR operations
Familiarity with OPM policies and classification standards
