The role focuses on maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring the safety of guests and staff through monitoring, conflict de-escalation, and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities
Support a welcoming atmosphere by balancing security with hospitality. First Hello and Last Goodbye to every guest - Know your regulars by name
Monitor entrances, exits, and guest flow to prevent incidents
Check IDs and ensure all guests meet entry requirements
De-escalate conflicts and handle situations calmly and professionally
Follow emergency procedures and assist during evacuations when needed
Report all incidents accurately and promptly to management on a nightly incident basis
Attend all required training on safety, guest interaction, and procedures provided by the company
Must have a valid Guard Card
Able to lift 50lbs up to 200lbs and willing to be on your feet for up to 8 hours
