Office Manager/HR Manager
MAHAN is a boutique firm that provides business management and advisory services to healthcare providers. They are seeking an experienced Office Manager/HR Manager to oversee administrative and human resources functions, including office management, payroll processing, and recruiting new staff.

Responsibilities
General office management – Supplies, Calendars, Equipment, Meetings
Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
Billing/Invoicing
Payroll Processing
Recruiting and Onboarding new staff
Compliance management and enforcement
Collaboration with marketing and benefits teams
Development and maintenance of key relationships – Partners/Client Advisors/staff/clients/vendors
Oversite and administration of all duties relating to the front desk including answering phones, screening and distributing correspondence, ordering office supplies, scanning and filing paperwork
Working closely with the Administrative Director on other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills – proactive, clear, effective both in person and on the phone
High attention to detail – ability to analyze, address and implement
High emotional intelligence – empathetic and solutions oriented
Leadership skills – accountable, compassionate, self-motivated, inspiring
2+ years' experience as an Office Manager
Competent typing skills, solid command of Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc)
Comfort with office equipment and digital resources (copy machine/scanner, CRMs, Adobe)
Attitude of excellence, commitment to team & drive to exceed expectations
Preferred
Accounting office experience preferred
