They are seeking a Data Analyst to join their Business Analytics team, where the role involves conducting analyses and building dashboards to generate insights that drive strategy and enhance customer performance.

Responsibilities
Conduct analyses and build dashboards to create insights that direct our strategy to maximize customer performance
Partner across the Customer, Finance, and Go-To-Market operations organizations, as well as internally with the Business Analytics team and our partner Data Platform technology team
Maintain, expand, and improve our end-to-end infrastructure of data models and dashboards
Deliver dashboards that promote stakeholder alignment and transform data into actionable insights
Build production-grade data models that enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in querying, analyzing, and visualizing big datasets via a combination of writing SQL and building dashboards using data visualization tools
Experience building production-grade data models
Strong communication & project management skills
Highly collaborative approach to problem-solving
Intellectual curiosity
Strong business intuition
Valid permanent work authorization in the U.S. (e.g., U.S. citizen, permanent resident)

Experience with dbt
