They are seeking passionate and driven law students for a Summer 2026 Legal Internship, where interns will gain hands-on experience in legal operations, working on projects related to regulatory compliance, corporate governance, labor relations, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities
Gain hands-on experience in various legal fields
Work alongside four in-house attorneys on projects that matter
Assist with regulatory and compliance issues
Support corporate governance initiatives
Engage in labor relations activities
Participate in contract negotiations
Qualification
Required
Qualified candidates must currently be enrolled in in a Juris Doctorate program with an accredited institution
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to read and understand complex legal documents
Preferred
Applicants should have a class ranking in the top half of their class; top one-third is preferred
Students with prior classroom/experience with law journal and/or moot court or trial team are preferred
