Residential Sales Representative

Aspen Fiber Networks is a leading provider of fiberoptic internet, IPTV, and home security services. They are seeking a motivated Residential Sales Representative to expand their customer base through door-to-door sales, educate potential customers about their services, and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Door-to-Door Sales: Prospect, engage, and close sales with homeowners within assigned neighborhoods
Product Knowledge: Clearly communicate the benefits of fiberoptic internet, IPTV, and home security services to potential customers
Lead Generation: Identify and target new customers, scheduling follow-up appointments and demos as necessary
Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong rapport with prospects and establish trust to drive long-term customer relationships
Sales Goals: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Must be comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Required

High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
1-3 years of sales experience (telecom, security, or direct sales preferred)
Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally
Strong communication and customer service skills
Goal-oriented, resilient, and able to work independently
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
