Responsibilities

Develop commissioning plans for substation projects including physical design and protection and control (P&C)
Develop relay settings files for SEL, GE and Basler, relays from protection summary sheets and AC/DC schematics
Responsible for testing of current transformers, protective relays
Responsible for SCADA testing
Adjust group operated switches
Fully function test relay panels
Collaborate with design teams

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university
6+ years of experience
Detailed knowledge of relay systems and substation equipment
Understanding of substation physical design and P&C
Understanding of protection concepts around bus, transformer, transmission line, and distribution line protection
Ability to pass a drug screen and obtain a TWIC card
