Responsibilities
Processing order emails, including responding to clients’ needs, forwarding requests to appropriate departments, etc. while maintaining accuracy at a fast pace
Printing Packing lists, which requires proper comprehension of order processing and careful data entry
General customer service duties, ie: picking up the phone and assisting clients at high call volumes
Administrative office duties, including but not limited to data entry
Qualification
Required
Prior order management (from entry to execution) and customer service experience in a similar company (fast-paced warehouse / wholesale business.)
Proper phone etiquette (positive, friendly, calm demeanor)
Detail-oriented, organized, careful, displays common-sense, strong work ethic, efficient, comfortable multi-tasking
Working knowledge of computers
