They are seeking a highly motivated Test Engineering Intern to join their dynamic NPI product engineering team, where the intern will develop ATE test programs, write scripts, and perform product characterization on advanced technologies.

Responsibilities
Understanding standard end to end yield reporting formats
Understanding basic ATE test program structure and flow
Understanding basic production flow for processor products
Understanding basic fault, test coverage, and yield models
Develop scripts using C, Perl, Python, or high-level programming languages to parse raw test data
Performing characterization on new products on ATE test platforms and generate standard characterization reports
Qualification
Required
Working toward BS/MS degree in EE or related technical field(s)
Have taken classes on basic electrical circuits theory and programming language (C/C++)
Good verbal and written communication skills
0-1 years of previous experience
Preferred
Good understanding of Perl, Python script writing techniques
Strong Programming Skills in C/C++, in a Unix type environment, with good problem solving skills
Experience working on ATE test platforms is a strong plus
