Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level client stakeholders, building long-term relationships rooted in value and outcomes
Drive new logo acquisition while expanding existing accounts, identifying opportunities to broaden Slalom’s services and solutions
Lead business development efforts, including pipeline generation, sales pursuits, proposals, and contract negotiations
Partner with Slalom delivery teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and impactful results
Shape and execute go-to-market strategies for the RCG industry in the NorCal region
Represent Slalom in the local market and broader RCG industry, participating in networking and thought leadership activities
Mentor and coach team members to support their career growth and success
Qualification
Required
10-15+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years of consulting leadership experience in client-facing roles
Proven ability to hunt, acquire, and grow new logos, as well as expand existing client accounts
Deep understanding of the retail and consumer goods industry, including emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and leading account growth
Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
Track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes
Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Passion for building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional results
Preferred
Established local relationships with RCG clients in the NorCal market strongly preferred
