InternCentral Bank is offering a Banking Intern position, designed for individuals interested in pursuing careers in banking. As an intern, you will gain a foundational understanding of banking operations, compliance, and risk through a rotational program while learning customer service and banking skills.

Responsibilities
Interns will be assigned to a primary banking position, where they’ll learn customer service, conversational banking skills, and how to create a great client experience
Shadow other departments within the banking industry to gain insight and exposure outside of Retail
Assist with special projects for various departments as needed
Performing all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
College student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred; all majors considered)
Relevant work or internship experience in sales, service, or finance
Ability to learn quickly and take action in a fast-paced environment
Effective sales skills (professional, assertive, confident, driven)
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills
