Behavior Technician - Center Based - Hawthorne
Family of Kidz is a dedicated organization focused on helping children with special needs. They are seeking a Behavior Technician to work collaboratively with Clinical Supervisors, implement ABA therapy, and manage learners in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with Clinical Supervisors to implement principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
Acquire and maintain RBT credential in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within the first 90 days of employment
Implement Behavior Support Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans as directed
Effectively manage learners including physical crisis intervention protocols, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment
Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations
Understand and demonstrate the company core values

Qualification
Required
Minimum of 6 months ABA working with children or adolescents with Autism in a supervised setting
Successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education or related field
Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind
Acquire and maintain RBT credential in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within the first 90 days of employment
