This position is responsible for assisting the Product Manager(s) with the company’s existing products and their ongoing changes, fixes and new features as well as providing project management for these enhancements.

Responsibilities
Acquire in-depth knowledge of assigned product(s) and their features
Collect and document feedback from internal users
Collaborate with the Product Manager to suggest improvements
Assist in the management of each assigned product’s lifecycle
Document and assist in the planning of each project
Track and keep data up to date surrounding projects, their metrics and deadlines
Communicate status with all parties involved with projects and product launches
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Previous experience with managing projects through to completion
Customer focus
Strong time management skills and attention to detail
Ability to organize thoughts and data into writing
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business management, business administration or related field preferred
Previous Project Management and the use of Project Management tools and software a plus
