Founding Account Executive (AE)
Unthread is a seed-stage startup focused on providing support for a wide range of companies. They are seeking a Founding Account Executive to work directly with the CEO and head of growth to establish and scale a top-down sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.

Responsibilities
Identify and research potential customers, leveraging innovative tools and strategies to build a robust pipeline of high-quality leads
Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels (email, phone, social media) and schedule demos for yourself or the CEO
Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute targeted campaigns and iterate based on feedback
Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our product and ready for a deeper sales conversation
Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline growth, to drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Minimum experience is at least 3 years working in Sales at a SaaS or similar company
Excellent Communication Skills: You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage prospects effectively
Customer Empathy: You deeply understand our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and know what problems and solutions resonate with them
Collaborative: You are collaborative, open to feedback, and willing to go the extra mile to do what it takes for a small team to thrive
Growth Mindset: You thrive on challenges and are not easily discouraged by rejection. You see setbacks as opportunities to learn and grow
