The primary purpose of this role is to support the Finance Department by assisting in finance paperwork, ensuring compliance, and enhancing the customer experience during the finance process.

Responsibilities
Assist in preparing finance paperwork and ensuring accurate deal jacket documentation
Support the delivery process with digital product registration
Assist in customer calls
Assist in scanning, and submitting required documents including driver’s licenses, insurance, payoff information, etc
Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards for contracts and paperwork
Review finance deal files for completeness before submission
Track funding statuses and communicate needs to Finance Managers
Work directly with Sales and Finance teams to prepare folders and documentation ahead of customer arrival
Communicate clearly with lenders and vendors as needed to support the Finance Department
Assist with scheduling customers for finance or delivery coordination
Follow up on outstanding items related to funding and titling
Use dealership systems such as Reynolds, AutoFi, RouteOne, FMC, Smart Vincent or Dealertrack to assist in customer profiles or contract documentation
Enter and update deal status trackers and lender portals
Monitor digital inboxes and customer portals for submitted documentation
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in automotive, administrative, or finance-related roles preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Professional, warm, and guest-first demeanor
Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership software systems
High integrity and a great team member
