Project Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee MEP system design, installation, and commissioning
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors
Prepare and submit project plans and budgets
Ensure MEP systems meet safety and regulatory standards
Implement and oversee maintenance programs for peak performance
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure optimal performance
Inspect data center pods for containment and rack hygiene
Develop and address deficiency reports
Develop and manage budgets for projects and maintenance
Control costs related to MEP systems
Work with other departments to resolve MEP issues
Communicate with senior management, clients, and regulatory agencies
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulations
Promote a culture of safety in MEP operations
Travel up to 90% for site inspections and global collaboration

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience in MEP design, installation, and maintenance
Proven track record in project management and equipment efficiency
Experience in inspecting data center pods and developing deficiency reports
Strong command of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar)
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Excellent at multitasking, setting priorities, and managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to think critically and strategically, with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with a wide range of software tools and platforms to manage both projects and executive-level tasks
Travel up to 90% for site inspections and global collaboration

Preferred

Master's Degree or PE license
