They are seeking an experienced Entrepreneur-in-Residence to lead the incubation of a new AI venture within LG NOVA, focusing on developing and launching a scalable business backed by their internal venture fund.

Responsibilities

Develop and pitch ventures through LG NOVA’s gated approval process and drive a venture from ideation to spin-out

Generate venture ideas by identifying emerging AI technologies, trends, and gaps in the market (B2B, B2C, B2B2C)

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver proof-of-concepts for venture ideas that including rapid prototyping and validating hypotheses

Build business models, product/service concepts, and go-to-market strategies

Create and manage financial forecasts and operational roadmaps

Secure early pilot partnerships and customer traction

Negotiate venture funding and spin-out terms with LG’s internal venture capital team

Assemble a world-class founding team

Required

7+ years in startups, corporate innovation, or venture studios, with a proven ability to build and scale businesses

Proven ability to build and scale businesses

7+ years in digital product management, strategy, or development

Technical expertise with AI tools, cloud platforms, and software/hardware integration

Experience raising capital and working with VCs or corporate venture arms

Track record of navigating ambiguity and operating with urgency in white space environments

Exceptional communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field (advanced degrees a plus)

Experience with AI-first product development and business model design

Understanding of agile venture building and lean experimentation frameworks

Preferred

Deep network across AI stakeholders and potential early customers

Previous founder or start-up executive experience is preferred
