Responsibilities

Support the Human Resources department for SNC

Execute deliverables in a control, advisory, and administrative service to business leaders related to operational fields

Participate in an in-depth program built by the University Recruiting team, that includes cross-functional workshops and meeting with leadership to gain understanding of the business and SNC culture

Ask questions, get involved, bring ideas, be part of an actual project team, attend planning meetings, complete assignments as tasked by the team, absorb and learn from the team and apply that learning to projects assigned
