Subcontractors must have specialties in cabinetry install/repair, carpentry, finish-out, flooring, painting, sheetrock/drywall, roofing, texturing, and trim work

Subcontractors must carry Commercial General Liability Insurance with the following limits: $1,000,000 each occurrence, $2,000,000 general aggregate per project, $1,000,000 products/completed operation aggregate, and $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury

Subcontractors must have Business Automobile Liability with the following limits: $1,000,000 combined single limit or $1,000,000 bodily injury - each person, $1,000,000 bodily injury - each occurrence, and $500,000 property damage
