Responsibilities
Lead and manage operations within your assigned region—including engineering, field, laboratory, and drilling services
Serve as a client-facing executive, maintaining and expanding relationships with owners, contractors, developers, and industry partners
Actively pursue and secure new business opportunities; participate in proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations
Monitor project delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction across service lines
Mentor, support, and develop staff while fostering a high-performance culture
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards
Collaborate with executive leadership to align regional performance with broader organizational goals
Qualification
Required
Licensed PE or PG in the State of Florida or have the ability to secure licensure through reciprocity within six months of joining
6+ years of progressive experience in geotechnical engineering and/or construction materials testing
Proven business development track record with established relationships across Florida
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams with P&L experience preferred
In-depth knowledge of Florida Building Codes, FDOT, ASTM, AASHTO, and other regulatory standards
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
