Managing and organizing the production schedule to ensure orders are fulfilled on time

Packing and shipping orders accurately and efficiently

Communicating with clients about orders and their progress

Distributing the orders and following up on the production process

Organizing made-to-order, ready-to-ship products and samples

Sourcing and purchasing findings, diamonds, and precious stones

Assisting with day-to-day office tasks, such as organization and tidiness

Providing support to other team members and departments (e.g., sales, design)

Data entry and maintaining records related to production, inventory, and orders

Liaising with external vendors and manufacturers
