They are seeking a creative Interior Architectural Designer with excellent design skills to focus on interior architecture, from generating design concepts to coordinating different trades.

Responsibilities
Focus on interior architecture scope from generation of design concepts and development of residential layouts to selection of finishes and fixtures, architectural and millwork detailing, and coordination of different trades including MEP and lighting
Qualification
Required
3 or more years of professional experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Experience working on interior architecture scope: high-end, multi-family residential experience preferred
Strong graphic and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with time management skills
Professionalism in dealing with a variety of clients, consultants and vendors
Interest in sustainable design and healthy building materials
Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Suite required
Preferred
Familiarity with accessibility and local building codes preferred
SketchUp, VRay and/or Enscape, and AutoCad a plus
