Responsibilities
Perform advanced modeling and valuation analysis (Argus and Excel) for new acquisitions
Conduct in-depth market research to help inform investment decisions
Prepare thorough investment memos and pitch decks for internal committees and external stakeholders
Create and update lender packages for financing efforts
Assist in due diligence efforts and work closely with the acquisitions team to monitor and track the deal pipeline
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in real estate, finance, or a related industry
Proficiency in ARGUS required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
