Responsibilities

Support Escrow Officers with processing escrow files from opening to post-closing

Prepare and review escrow documents, settlement statements, and closing packages

Communicate professionally with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders

Order and track title commitments, payoffs, HOA documents, and other required items

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Enter and manage file data in escrow software (SoftPro software experience highly preferred)

Assist in balancing files and disbursing funds

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling signings, scanning, and file maintenance

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth transaction flow
