Responsibilities
Provide excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requests
Provide Customer Service on a Functional level and drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer
Responsible for business requirements, gap analysis, functional workshops, design documents, set up documentation, configuration, business test scenarios and more important work with technical team on CEMLI/RICE objects
After post go-live provide customer production support, tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases
Work directly with Customers for advising on complex use of Oracle products, resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues, serving as Situation Manager on highly sensitive issues, formal mentoring for promoting the technical and professional development of others, and creation/review of Knowledge Articles
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Oracle Finance/ERP EBS implementation & support
Worked in 5 or more Oracle Finance EBS implementations or support projects as a Functional consultant with at least 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME at least 3 modules as a SME
Implementation/Support experience on EBS Financial Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CST, FAH
Candidate must have hands on experience minimum in any of the following 5 modules - EBS Financial Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, IBY, PA, CST, FAH
Should have Strong Financials business processes knowledge and concepts
Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle EBS Financials
Technically good Skills in SQL, OTBI/ BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong Customer interactions and service orientation so you can understand customer's critical situations and accordingly provide the response, and mobilize the organizational resources, while setting realistic expectations to customers
Strong operations management and innovation orientation so you can continually improve the processes, methods, tools, and utilities
Strong team player so you leverage each other's strengths. You will be engaged in collaboration with peers within/across the teams often
Preferred
Background in Oracle EBS Suite of products preferred in Financials ERP application modules and business processes
