Responsibilities

Contribute to the success of multidisciplinary teams working across a wide range of projects, including federal, municipal, commercial, and industrial sectors

Move efficiently through various design stages, from concept plans to construction documentation

Qualification

MEP Plumbing EngineeringRevit/BIMEITPE certificationConstruction cost estimatingDomestic water system designMentoring junior team membersMulti-taskingTeam collaborationSelf-motivatedPositive attitude

Required

8+ years of plumbing experience in a MEP environment

Proficiency in Revit/BIM

Ability to work well within a team environment, demonstrate a positive attitude, and multi-task effectively

Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally

Preferred

EIT or PE certification is a plus

Managerial experience and the ability to mentor junior team members is a plus

Familiarity with Unified Facility Criteria and its implementation in federal and DoD/state projects is a plus

Experience developing detailed specifications using CSI or SpecsIntact software is a plus

Knowledge of domestic water, storm, sanitary, and venting system design is a plus

Experience in construction cost estimating and life cycle cost analysis is a plus
