They are seeking a Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service & Sales Specialist to handle inbound calls, provide support with insurance inquiries, and recommend tailored solutions while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities
Handle 40–50+ inbound calls per day from policyholders and potential clients
Provide support with billing, claims, policy changes, and product questions
Use consultative sales techniques to recommend tailored insurance solutions
Meet or exceed performance goals in quality, conversion, and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Deliver a high-quality customer experience that builds trust and loyalty
Qualification
Required
Active Life & Health Insurance License in one of the following states: MI, WI, IN, FL, GA, NC, SC, or TX (Applicants without a license or outside these states will not be considered)
1+ year experience in customer service, call center, or sales
Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
High-speed internet and a landline or VoIP phone (no mobile phones or hotspots)
Must pass a federal background check
Must reside in an eligible state (excluding Dallas, Euless, or San Antonio)
