Caesars Entertainment is a leading company in the hospitality industry, and they are seeking an experienced Painter to join their Facilities Management team. The role involves performing painting, wallpapering, drywall installation, and general maintenance tasks throughout the facility while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

Daily maintenance of wallpaper, paint, and furniture. Touch-up hotel, casino, back of house, restaurants and throughout facility

Repainting of curbs, traffic stripes and directional signs throughout facility

Maintain all finishes throughout hotel, casino, back of house and restaurants

Repair and repaint exterior structure and doors

Assist in all special projects

Ability to use airless spraying equipment

Ability to mix and match colors

Handling and disposal of all hazardous waste associated with shop

Take a leadership role in reporting and correcting unsafe work practices or unsafe facility conditions

Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Must have a minimum of four years' experience in all above areas

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team

Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift

Must present a well-groomed appearance

Must be capable of maneuvering for prolonged periods of time, both inside and outside sometimes in temperatures more than 115 degrees or cold temperatures below 10 degrees

Must possess coordination and dexterity to work with power and hand tools such as drills, electric saws, hammers, etc

Respond to visual and aural cues

Must be able to stoop, bend, jump and carry heavy loads

Must be able to lift to 100 pounds

Able to maneuver on level surfaces as well as up and down stairs

Must be able to think clearly and respond calmly in situations

Must be able to learn and retain locations
