The role involves performing structural analysis and design, preparing calculation packages, and interacting with clients while also focusing on business development.

Responsibilities
Perform simple to complex structural analysis and design, from basic static design to dynamic, non-linear analysis using finite element and single and multiple degree of freedom methods
Work with engineer teams to perform both static and dynamic structural analysis for extreme events
Prepare calculation packages, technical reports of analysis and design recommendations
Travel may be involved to collect site-specific information, participate in testing depending on project requirements, and interact with existing clients as well as developing business with new clients and markets
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5-7 years of design experience
Experience performing simple to complex structural analysis and design
Ability to perform basic static design to dynamic, non-linear analysis using finite element and single and multiple degree of freedom methods
Experience working with engineer teams to perform both static and dynamic structural analysis for extreme events
Ability to prepare calculation packages and technical reports of analysis and design recommendations
Independent and self-motivated
Excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills
