Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, an NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center in Buffalo, NY, invites applications for faculty positions at the Assistant Professor level in the Department of Biostatistics & Bioinformatics. We seek outstanding candidates with research expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and/or spatial omics, especially as applied to cancer biology, oncology data science, or translational research.

Required

Doctoral degree in an appropriate scientific or clinical-based discipline
Equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in an applicable scientific or clinical research environment

PhD or equivalent degree in Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related field
A strong publication record and potential (or demonstrated ability) to secure extramural funding
Strong interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
