Alacrity Solutions is seeking an Independent Appraiser for contract work. The role involves conducting appraisals for PDA clients, managing a flexible schedule, and ensuring timely submission of completed appraisals.

Responsibilities

Contacting PDA clients to complete inspections within our given time frame
Traveling varying distances to conduct appraisals
Cell phone or other device capable of taking quality photos and transmitting them
Submitting completed appraisals within given timeframe
Set your own schedule, how many assignments you are interested in completing in a day or week
Ability to invoice for assignments completed

Required

Contacting PDA clients to complete inspections within our given time frame
Traveling varying distances to conduct appraisals
Cell phone or other device capable of taking quality photos and transmitting them
Submitting completed appraisals within given timeframe
Set your own schedule, how many assignments you are interested in completing in a day or week
Adjusters license where applicable
Minimum of 2 years of field claims experience
Ability to invoice for assignments completed
Great communication skills
Self-motivated and Dependable
Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and customer service skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced performance driven environment
Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask
Detail orientated and self-directed
Ability to act with discretion
Have a flexible schedule during weekday business hours
Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Professional business appearance
100% travel is required for the contract
Experience preparing estimates with Mitchell
