Responsibilities
Lead and manage ground-up construction projects for data centers from start to finish
Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations on the job site
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and budgets
Provide training and guidance to junior staff and subcontractors to maintain high standards of work
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, specifically in data centers or mission-critical facilities
Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up construction projects
Strong understanding of warehouse, industrial, and manufacturing environments
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to travel extensively to job sites as required
Proficient in project management software and tools
