Qualification
Required
Native-level English (U.S.-based)
Senior-level finance expertise, ideally as former or current auditors, financial analysts, compliance consultants, or accountants
Experience with SEC 10-K filings, financial disclosures, or regulatory content
Excellent attention to detail, ability to spot inconsistencies, and strong written communication skills
