Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings and motions, communicating with clients, analyzing case materials, developing strategy, negotiating settlements, and attending hearings
Develop mastery of commercial litigation and enforcement through a structured program of mentorship and feedback, leveling up skills while managing own docket
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of litigation experience (5 years ideal)
Licensed to practice in New York
New York bar number
Preferred
Admission to practice in NJ and/or PA
Motion practice and hearings experience
Trial experience (bonus but not required)
Commercial finance or creditors' side bankruptcy experience
