Responsibilities

Set up, configure, and troubleshoot ANYmal robots in diverse environments, adapting quickly to varying customer needs and technical requirements
Expand robot missions by adding inspection routes and points of interest
Work closely with Field Engineers and Customer Success Engineers
Travel frequently, often on short notice, to customer sites worldwide, embracing diverse and sometimes challenging environments to deliver exceptional service
Conduct basic operator introductions and safety briefings
Collect and communicate valuable insights from customer deployments, helping inform product development and refinement
Represent ANYbotics at events and exhibitions as needed, showcasing ANYmal’s capabilities and fostering interest in our technology

Required

EU citizenship (requirement)
Technical background through vocational training, technical school, or equivalent hands-on experience (mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, robotics)
Proactive, reliable, and adaptable when working in the field
Fluent in English, effective communicator able to adapt to diverse audiences (technical proficiency, cultural background, etc.)
Enthusiastic about frequent travel (up to 80%) to various field locations, including industrial and remote environments. Comfortable adapting to different cultural contexts

Preferred

Experience with Linux and command-line usage
Experience with deploying robots or other automation systems
Familiarity with network infrastructure
Driver's license (Class B)
Proficiency in German or other languages (French, Portuguese, etc.)
