Responsibilities

Lead monthly close and forecasting for key P&L accounts with clear explanation of drivers by brand and channel
Partner cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Revenue Management, and Finance to assess volume risks, investment strategies, and balance sheet exposure
Evaluate investment opportunities and establish KPIs and guardrails in collaboration with Revenue Management and Finance teams
Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership on current and future business performance
Support pricing maneuvers and trade investment analysis, including competitive benchmarking and budget restatements
Champion system/process enhancements to improve scalability and financial accuracy in trade and investment management
Drive a high-performance culture by mentoring junior analysts and contributing to team development
Model teamwork and partnership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Required

Strong financial modeling skills
Deep understanding of customer dynamics and promotional economics across channels
Experience in managing key P&L accounts
Ability to drive forecast accuracy

Ability to partner cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Revenue Management, and Finance
Experience in evaluating investment opportunities and establishing KPIs
Ability to deliver strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership
Experience in supporting pricing maneuvers and trade investment analysis
