Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all state-mandated administrative regulations for child care facilities
Support classroom teachers and staff with administrative and logistical needs
Manage and update vaccination records, allergy and medication documentation, and other student health information
Oversee new student enrollment and maintain accurate student records
Handle filing, paperwork, and day-to-day administrative tasks
Stay on top of all regulatory deadlines and documentation requirements
Greet and assist families daily
Qualification
Required
Organized and dependable
Passionate about supporting early childhood education
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior administrative experience (experience in child care or education is a plus!)
Familiarity with state licensing standards for child care (or willingness to learn)
