Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions for aftermarket needs
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
Utilize CRM and ERP systems to manage customer relationships and sales processes efficiently
Prepare and present technical product information and quotes to clients
Maintain and update customer records in Salesforce and SAP
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities
Assist in the development of sales presentations and promotional materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or manufacturing sector
Familiarity with CRM and ERP software, specifically Salesforce and SAP
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Strong technical knowledge in thermal processing and extrusion would be a bonus
Proficiency in data analysis tools like Power BI would be a bonus
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Inventor or Solidworks
