The Tax Senior Associate will play an integral role in the tax compliance and provision processes, coordinating with external tax providers and identifying process improvement opportunities within the internal tax function.

Responsibilities
Assist the internal tax team with management of all aspects of the company's tax processes
Review the company's income/franchise tax returns prepared by outside advisors - federal, state, and local partnership and C corporation returns
Review the company's income tax provision prepared by outside advisors
Coordinate with outside advisors and internal business units to ensure compliance with sales and use tax and property tax requirements
Coordinate and manage tax related audits and notices
Review quarterly tax projections
Manage quarterly and annual tax account reconciliation process
Assist with tax due diligence and structuring of M&A transactions
Identify tax planning opportunities related to business acquisitions and other matters
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting; master's in taxation preferred
Active CPA license
A minimum of 3 years of relevant tax experience
Proficiency in partnership tax, corporate tax, and income tax provisions
Ability to excel within a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Proactively motivated and results driven
Exceptional communication skills and ability to develop cross-functional and cross-departmental relationships
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
master's in taxation
