Responsibilities

Advising emerging companies and startups through all stages of growth and financing including business formation and equity financings

Experience in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, auctions, and carve-out transactions

Experience with public company disclosure and capital markets transactions is a plus but not required

Strong drafting and negotiation skills including managing teams on transactions

Demonstrated experience training and mentoring junior associates

Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based

Strong drafting and negotiation skills including managing teams on transactions

Demonstrated experience training and mentoring junior associates

Strong analytical skills and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment
