Responsibilities

Gain hands-on project experience, develop technical skills, and put classroom knowledge into action

Participate in networking opportunities to meet other interns, staff, and senior leaders across the business

Learn about our services, projects, and clients

Attend professional development workshops, including a career planning workshop and a DiSC assessment to learn more about themselves and how to work effectively with others

Engage in a summer-long group project where interns work alongside firm leaders to address issues that will impact our future strategy

Qualification

Required

Pursuing a B.S. in Civil, Environmental or related Engineering degree

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

Must be able to work in a team environment and possess excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred

Prior working experience with water or wastewater utilities is a plus

Working knowledge of GIS and AutoCAD is a plus

Experience in Microsoft office is preferred
