Senior Level, Lead/StaffLargeton Group is seeking a Lead Java Developer to provide technical leadership in system-level architecture and service/API design. The role involves balancing hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities, designing API solutions, and mentoring development teams.

Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership with responsibility for both system-level architecture and service/API design
Balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities
Design and develop API solutions using AWS, Spring Boot, and Java in cloud-native environments
Architect scalable and distributed systems utilizing microservices patterns
Design and implement NoSQL database solutions, specifically with DocumentDB
Lead and mentor development teams, including conducting code reviews and coaching team members
Drive resolution of complex technical issues and guide teams through technical challenges
Must have prior experience in a technical lead role
Onsite presence required 3 days per week in Newark, NJ (local candidates only)
