Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget, and translate these into compelling design concepts

Oversee the development of design presentations, drawings, and specifications

Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design solutions

Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and public presentations

Qualification

Required

Strong architectural foundation, but with a technical focus, particularly with a solid experience in exterior construction detailing and documentation

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design

Experience with commercial projects - workplace is a plus!

Strong client communication experience
