Responsibilities

Monitor all aspects of operations including daily monitoring of team member schedules, job performance and productivity

Oversight of quality and safety standards

Compliance with regulatory requirements

Provide Phlebotomy training and curriculum development

Creation of the curriculum and then the supervision, revision, and implementation of said training program and curriculum

Serve as the primary liaison between us and any affiliated Phlebotomy educational institutions

Supervise the Phlebotomy team

Promote a culture of positive guest relations and customer service
