Responsibilities
Preparing RFIs, RFPs, reviewing the scope of the project and contract values, and providing project oversight to all craft trades at site
Working on the planning phase of the projects to develop scope details, execution plans, and budgetary estimates
Managing the site work and project controls
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration with related experience
Proven experience working on Facility Capital Improvement projects especially manufacturing and assembly facilities
Knowledge of all phases of project delivery
Preferred
Experience in aerospace facilities
High competency in Microsoft business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
