Responsibilities

Recruit and screen participants for experiments and schedule their sessions

Call, text, and email participants to schedule sessions and confirm attendance

Motivate participants to ensure retention throughout the study

Manage recruitment processes using CRM systems

Monitor multiple communication channels (phone, email, messaging) and respond promptly

Serve as the main point of contact for all participants in the experiment

Contribute to team-wide recruitment goals and support colleagues in achieving them
