Responsibilities

Work with your key stakeholders to develop a proactive hiring a sourcing strategy and to understand the core role requirements for GTM roles
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing on sourcing strategies that deliver the strongest results and make sure we’re bringing top talent into the GTM teams
Identifying top talent through a variety of passive channels including bespoke country social platforms, market research, Boolean, referrals, events, and sourcing campaigns
Think creatively about reinventing the way we identify top talent
You’ll get to own the recruiting process from start to finish, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
Your focus will be on hiring quality candidates with agility and speed
You will work closely with your hiring managers to gain a deeper understanding of how each role fits into Canva
Our candidate experience isn’t anything different
You are well-spoken on the phone and articulate over emails
You can effectively share the Canva story, vision and culture and act as a brand ambassador
You are always trying to improve our hiring process and you will think with a data-first approach

Required

Experience with high-volume GTM recruiting, consistently delivering quality hires at scale
Confidence in analyzing recruiting metrics to drive decision-making and implementing impactful process improvements
Strong closing skills
Ability to navigate multiple priorities with ease in a fast-paced environment
Independent, adaptable, and highly motivated
Creativity and proactivity in researching and staying up to date with the ever-evolving art of sourcing talent
Understanding of Canva's product, culture, and mission to attract the right candidates
Ability to leverage unique offerings to showcase Canva as an enticing employer
Tact, diplomacy, and professionalism in creating exceptional experiences for both candidates and hiring managers
